​​Our Singapore team of qualified surveyors is capable of conducting GMDSS radio surveys on behalf of all the major classification societies, to ensure that the condition of the ship and its GMDSS equipment are maintained in accordance with SOLAS regulations, so that the ship is fit to safely proceed to sea.

All our surveyors in our GMDSS Radio Survey Team are well-trained and capable of concurrently conducting all other survey activities together with the GMDSS radio survey; such as VDR / S-VDR annual performance test, AIS / SART / EPIRB annual performance test, or Gyro Annual Maintenance.

The International Maritime Organization (IMO) requires that all voyage data recorder (VDR) systems attain the Annual Performance Test (APT) certification. This test determines if a VDR/S-VDR is fully operational, as defined in the manufacturers’ standards. Our qualified and experienced technicians are available to attend your vessel whenever you need assistance.

As part of a one-year Shore Based Maintenance (SBM) Contracts, according to SOLAS chapter IV reg.15., you’ll receive the following for an annual fee:

• Database kept with details of each vessels’ equipment
• Alerts provided when new battery packs are required for SARTs, EPIRBs and survival GMDSS VHF handheld sealed lithium packs
• After hours telephone service 365 days a year
• After-hours monitoring of emails
• Database of global service stations for all major marine electronic manufacturers
